Reviews for A New Day Spa

I read all the reviews before going there. I was a little scared but thought I would try it any ways. I agree it is a little run down and disorganized. But by far the best massage I have ever gotten. And I get a lot!!!! It was my husbands first time and he loved it. I thought they did such an amazing job and the staff were all really great. If you have an open mind I think you would love it. If you are used to high end spas you will hate it. I loved it!!! And am going back for sure.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing a groupon to this place! I scheduled my appt and the day before my appt I received a confirmation call also advising me my time would be changing since several of their staff had called out sick. I agreed to the new time slot. The morning of the appt I woke up with a terrible cold. I called for 2 hrs attempting to reschedule my appt to no avail. Their vm said groupon user not to leave a VM. Anyways an hr before my scheduled time I was able to get through asked to reschedule my appt because I was sick and the lady on the phone yelled at me asking how could I purposely get sick! I was appalled by her tone and tried to remain calm simply asking to reschedule and was told my business was not needed there and to request a refund followed by her hanging up on me. I do not understand how a business can operate like this. I will NEVER go to this place or recommend this place to anyone. I'll find someone who does NEED my business and my hard earned money! Avoid this place and go somewhere else!!!

Dirty, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Owner was rude to my wife and I. Did I mention it's dirty? Like it smells like rotten something. Read the reviews, they are rated 2 stars for a reason. Save your money and go to any of the other spas within a mile radius.

I found "A New Day Spa" by accident and have fallen in love with it!!! I started with a massage (which was amazing, and a FULL HOUR), then tried a pedicure ( the bast one I have ever had)! The next service I tried was laser hair removal, I had tried this is the past with no luck but Sheri assured me "Her's would work", I have had 4 treatments now and I am almost hair free!!!! My latest adventure with A New Day Spa, has been laser college treatments, now mind you I have only had 2 but FEEL years younger already!!! People are telling me they can SEE a difference!!!!

PS I myself am a retired Beautician and a hard nut to please so if your wondering, STOP!!! Call them now!!! I am so glad I did!

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The service is great and it is nicely put together!!! Very friendly staff and you can't beat the price for the service you get. They offer pretty much every spa service. The massages are great and last a full hour when all other places are only 45 minutes. I am surprised at the negative reviews because hands down best place I have been to and everyone else I know that goes there loves it to.

Terrible business. I was scheduled for a facial at 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:20 pm and sat in the cluttered and dingy front room. By 1:45 the woman I had my appointment with showed up. She took me into a room, gave me a spa robe to change into and put on a movie thinking it was her music CD. She left the room, I tried putting on the spa robe, but it was broken, so I just kept my sundress on. The trailer for some movie started blasting on the TV in the room, so I turned that off and laid down on the bed. She came back in and apologized for the movie and put some other music on. She then started cruising her way through the facial. She was so frantic that I finally had to ask her to please slow things down a bit b/c she was stressing me out (and scrubbing my face off). Apparently I offended her by asking politely for this. She put a facial mask on me and then left the room for 15 min. She came back in, did 5 more min of work and that was it, she was done. 2:17 pm and I was dressed and walking out of the room. I walked into the front room again to find out what just happened to me and what they were going to expect me to pay for. As I walked into the room, the woman who was "working" on me told the front desk woman that her "client would be coming out soon and she didn't want to see me." She didn't realize I was standing right behind her when she said this. When she did see me, she tried to pass me off to the front desk politely to pay. Then, I found out this woman was the OWNER! What?!? That was hands down the worst facial I have ever had and the worst overall experience I have ever had at a spa. What a waste of time and how aggravating. Do not fall for any Groupon or city weekly store discount for this place, it is simply not worth it. The woman at the front desk was very kind and apologetic and I appreciated her attempt to make things right. However, there was no reason whatsoever for the entirely unprofessional experience I had at A New Day Spa. What a terrible way to run a business. I am frustrated and offended by the way I was just treated.

This is a great spa! Very relaxing and offers great services from massage to facials to laser rejuvenation and hair removal. A New Day Spa is full service so there is not anything you could think of that they do not offer. Their employees are all friendly, down to earth (real and fun) and know how to put you at ease. The prices are affordable and the spa is clean and beautiful inside. If you'd like to pamper yourself for a great price, I totally recommend it! I used a Groupon here that my husband bought for me for Christmas and I had the time of my life. Ask to use the infrared sauna. It feels really nice.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! This Spa... (if you can even call it a spa) is the worst place...this is a scam....it is dirty, unprofessional and the owner is so rude... I got my chin burned and have seen no difference in 6 laser treatments...do not go there you will regret it.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PICTURES AND GREAT DEALS. This place is unorganized, unprofessional and very unsanitary. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Purchased for my daughter to be Pampered - WORST place ever to go. I am warning everyone to stay away!! Facial was HORRIBLE and her face broke out. They were extremely rude. They should not be in business. The four hour package that I purchased was not 4 hours. She did say the 60 minute massage was nice but everything else was a joke. Waste of a lot of money.
