Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. They sold me a defected part and when the mechanic notified me about it, I contacted them back. They were rude and unwilling to accept that the part was defected when I bought it! I tried to get in touch with their supervisor (Michael Zimmerman) who was even more rude and unwilling to give a refund! I wanted to speak with his supervisor, too, but he said he is the main boss (I'm quite sure he was lying). DO NOT buy from this company. I am sure I NEVER will again. The "low" price isn't worth it when half of the parts are defected!!!! (that's probably how they make all their money)

This place has the worst customer service guys that answer the phone. I used to buy all my aftermarket parts from these guys for the mechanic shop I work at. I just cancelled my last order from them and will never order from you again. I would like the owner of this business to contact me and explain why he allows his employees to act this way. I would fire any of my employees if they ever acted they way these guys allow their employees to act.

Called for a tail light, and was told they dont stock it and hung up. AutoZone at least gave me suggestions on where to find the tail light.

re-stocks rejected parts. – bought hood, fender, radiator support. hood front tip corner bent. fender had defective welds. radiator support was dented on top and twisted.

"ITS MY FAULT CAUSE I DID NOT OPEN PACKAGE AND INSPECT PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING"

1. if your employees are so careless that they haft to tell you to inspect the parts before leave then THEY should just inspect them with you at the time of sale..... THEY HAD ME SIGN FOR IT AFTER I PAID FOR IT THEN I WAS ABLE TO GO THROUGH THE DOORS WHERE THEY HAD MY PARTS.

2. i got home noticed one problem to the next problem. "NOTE THESE DAMAGES WHERE NOT DONE BY ME OR DURING TRANSPORTATION, the damaged area wasn't touching any part of tuck at all'" I tried to have them come out and look at the damaged part "MGR Andy" refused to. said that i would haft to call corp office.(they gave me the number) i called corp office and told the rep. about the problem she said she would haft to okay it with her manager. Which was ANDY and well of course he told her that theirs no way of knowing how it got damaged so NO!

he did end up swapping out my radiator support beings that it was not a outer body part....??thanks??. on my way out the door he says to another employee to restock the part. ???? RESTOCK THE PART

so REJECTED PARTS ARE PUT BACK ON THE SHELF FOR THE NEXT GUY WHO DOES NOT INSPECT THEIR PURCHASE!.

prices are good.

A1 auto parts salt lake had the same hood used no dents the color i needed for the same price.

i just had to have a new part. but ended up buying used anyways.

Customer no service – Went in bought hood was given wrong part not even the same manafacturer. told we will exchange but you have to drive an hour again round trip because we pulled wrong part. We can do nothing for you.

can not give LESS than one star or I would

AND FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR PRICE RECYCLERS ARE CHEAPER THAN DEALERS.

Bad Place for customer service/quality – I got a defective hood from them and called the get it replaced. The manager, Andy was rude and difficult so I asked to speak with his manager. I talked with Julie who told me to come down and they would exchange. I drive over an hour to get there and Andy says no way we're not changing it, then Julie said sorry, nothing we can do. THAT"S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT"S WORST!!!! Don't waste your time here!
