I had called in an order for Mother's Day flowers based on an arrangement I found on their website. The lady I spoke to on the phone indicated that what I was looking at was actually through their third-party online store, Teleflora, but that she could easily make the arrangement for me. She was actually very confident about being able to make something much better. So I ordered it, prepaid nearly $100 (as prepaying was recommended to me because then I wouldn't have to wait in the long line at the store. I could just come in, pick them up and be right back out), and confirmed with her that I'd be picking up the flowers on Saturday at 2. Well Saturday came, I had my husband go pick them and, first indication that something was wrong, he calls me up asking what the arrangement should look like because they lost the flowers. Turns out they hadn't made my arrangement at all so my husband had to wait there nearly 40 minutes for them to quickly throw something together, something that looked NOTHING like what I ordered, and not NEARLY as nice. It certainly wasn't $100 worth of flowers, but, oh, come to find out, they upgraded the vase to a "much nicer colored one", so THAT'S where some of my money was reallocated to (as I was told on the phone when I called.) Right, because what my mom REALLY wants is a $20 vase she can stick under the sink after the flowers die, right along side all her other "crappy" $5 vases, never to see the light of day again. They did offer to redo it if I wasn't satisfied, which in any other case, I would have given them points for. But by that point, it was 3 o'clock, and they were closing and because of how long they initially took, we were already late for plans set with my mother in-law. I certainly wasn't about to waste more of my time, only for them to merely throw together something else that still wasn't what I wanted. I'll never order from these guys again, nor will I ever recommend them. I should have just ordered online from Teleflora to begin with. I would have gotten exactly what I wanted; something nicer, fuller, with more flowers ... and for CHEAPER. Not some half-assed, thrown together arrangement that had more green filler than flowers. Can't believe I paid more for that than I would have through Teleflora...
Website owned by 'the teleflora network,' don't buy online! – If you do a google search forl local flowers in or near Springville Utah this place shows up, ok great, now you go to their website springvilleutahflowers . com and see a really nice assortment of flowers that you can get. You find something you like and place an order and then find out that this shop is part of 'the teleflora network.' Sounds great...but what this actaully means is that you place a reasonably priced order online and then find out that the store will substitute or even not include anything that they can't sell for the price you paid. For example: I placed an order which was to include roses, carnations, and a vase; come to find out this local store couldn't include the roses for the price that it was listed online...the roses would be an additional $4.50 a piece...which is funny because that was the main part of the bouquet. I told the workers in the shop they should get their OWN website with their OWN PRICES and PRODUCTS. This is called false advertising what they are doing and should not be part of 'the teleflora network.' Horrible way to do business.
Great Flowers and Service – This floral does great work. They always strive to make my flowers beautiful and unique. They also have a lot of cute gift ideas. Even on holidays when they are swamped they do nice designs and strive for the best in customer service. I will continue to use this floral.
Friendly, helpful, & a good value – I wanted an arrangement of 11 orange roses to give my husband for our 11th Anniversasy - we were married on Halloween. I called the day before and the woman was very friendly about catering to my specific needs, and she suggested some good ideas to personalize the arrangement, and didn't charge me any extra. I picked it up 30 minutes before I told her I would be there but it was ready, I didn't have to wait. She added some very nice special touches to make it very Halloween-esque, like a spider pick, halloween ribbon, and even draped the roses in "spider webs" she made out of glue! I was very impressed with the arrangement, and I couldn't complain about the $50 price. It was cheaper than anywhere else I had called, and it really was unique. THANKS for making my Anniversay gift the best!!
Very helpful, and friendly. – When I realized I had to order a gift at the last minute for a Halloween company party, they were very helpful. When I went in there they had a lot of nice unique gift ideas, and when I picked one out they made sure it was arranged nicely.
Very good quality and service. – The flowers I order from Springville floral always look fresh and are arranged so nicely. The designers always do a very good job there, and the customer service is much better than other florals I have been to. I used to order from Steiners as well as other florals in the area but the quality and service was not as good.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE – I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Monday to be delivered on Friday. Friday 530pm comes around so i call them. "Oh ya, they haven't been delivered yet, can we go deliver them now" Are you kidding me?! They have no concept of time and its obvious by the person below me. Please do not buy from them if you want your flowers delivered on the time you requested. Lets just hope I get my money back.
Worst quality and customer service ever! – I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday through the Teleflora service. Springvill Floral got the order. First of all, they sent the flowers a day too early making my friend think I forgot which day her birthday was. I paid $75 for a "florists choice" arrangement and $15 for balloons too be added to the arrangement. When I called my friend to ask her to send me a picture of the flowers she was hesitant. I finally got out of her that the arrangement was half dead when it arrived and the balloons were even half deflated! My friend brought the arrangement back to the shop at my insistance-along with the dead flowers she had pulled out. They said they would make her a new one and give her one new balloon, but my friend could find no fresh flowers in the store to choose. She asked for a plant that was marked $37 instead and the owner Refused!I called Teleflora and they were awesome about it. The order was sent to Steiners who did a wonderful job!Don't ever order from this shop! If they would have even had some customer service I would have been happy, but they wouldnt even give my friend a $37 plant for the $90 I paid!
