Another one is gone. I was shocked today as I drove past the Va.Bch. Fuddruckers and found it closed and the signage gone. I was thinking that it would be nice for my wife and I to go there for dinner tonight as it had been over a month since we were there last.

We have been fans of Fuddruckers for at least 20 years since discovering them in So. Florida and we are sorry to see them close another store. We used to go to the one on Greenbriar in Chesapeake but, they closed that one a few years ago.

I hope to see them return in another location soon.

Build a seriously hefty hamburger at this fast food joint with a diner-like atmosphere.. In Short
Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

Greatest Burger in Hampton Roads. Juice, hot, and perfectly cooked! Condiments bar a plus. Decor appropriate.

Cost unequal to value. Fuddruckers does make a good burger ,but it is not better than most others. The cost vs. value destroys the experience. $10.00 for a burger and fries is just too much. On our last visit, we ordered shakes. What we got was chocolate milk with whipped cream and a cherry on top. They charge $3.49 for a shake. I think it was a 20 ounce cup. On the up side, the theme of the restaurant is nice, but overall it's not worth the cost.

Restaurant. Overpriced. Get much better product and atmosphere for same or less money at many local and chain casual dining restaurants. Lot's of noise and kids.

the bear's club. the one and only place to come and really have trouble trying to decide what type of meat you want for your burger. than when you get it, oh man time for the fixing's what a rush. than head to your table. get set. ready. devour . hmmmmmm you can't beat the taste.

Mombolishious. Great food, good selection, usually prompt service, some cashiers and waiters are airheads. Need to clean tables quicker.

Try the Osterich. Try the osterich burgers... they are healthier and tasty. My wife and I like to split the 2/3 lb burger and a regular order of fries. If we are still hungry, the brownies are above average and actually a pretty good bargain. I wish the fries were a little cheaper though.

It's Craptacular!. If your idea of a great burger experience involves out of control, screaming kids, do it yourself service, and a meal that woke me up later that evening, then Fuddruckers is the place for you.

Very FUD burger. The ultimate "have it your way" burger place. You pick what you want cooked, from the patty, anyway you want, size (1 to .25 lb), and any ohter cooked. You then wait and put on your own toppings. No mayo. Don't put it. Extra pickles. Put it. You can even make you own cheese fries. Ask for fries, and then put on your own cheese.
