Not Too Impressed.
The food was good even though a little high priced. I had eaten there before and the bread appetizers had previously had more variety and were much better tasting.
What really made the visit unpleasant was the way the manager (I'm guessing from the way the individual was dressed and the way I heard her talking a staff member). I had been observing what I thought was attentive service by a number of servers. The manager came out and was very unpleasant to one of the staff that I had observed actually doing their job and doing it well. It definitely put a damper on the experience. It looked like to me that the managers needed to be the ones that are more professional.
I'm not really in a rush to go back there and experience another scene like that. I want to enjoy my meal and those that are giving good service.
Surprisingly good. Local establishment.. Surprisingly good. Read the reviews here after I went and they must have done something right this time. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. We sat down right away, even though it was before the dinner rush and the waitress got our drinks right away. I would have preferred to be better lighting, because it seemed pretty dark in the area they sat us which was on the outer ring of the restaurant. the steaks were cooked to our specification and all in all it was a quick visit. will go back again.
My family had dinner here recently, and a RODENT jumped onto a table! It was so gross!
There is another steakhouse in the same shopping center, will go there next time.
Save yourself some frustration.
I purchased a $25 gift certificate online for them so I thought I?d try them out. Service was ok, but food was very over priced. We presented the certificate before ordering and we?re told our order would qualify, but when it came time to pay the manager (Beth) wouldn?t accept it. I asked for a customer service number or for a way to contact owners and was told there was no way to contact anyone above her in the organization.
Sent an email to their web site, but received no reply after a week. I called and spoke to the general manager (Bob) and was told he would talk to Beth and then call me back to arrange the refund the $25. No call. I called 3 more times and left messages but never received a call back.
Save yourself some frustration? there are better (and less expensive) steak houses around which value customer service.

Dim in decor, dull in taste. A guest is not appreciated here. Service is low to moderate, and the food doesn't make up for the lack in service or atmosphere.
Great Steaks. This reataurant has great steaks and huge salads. Service is friendly and courteous. Desserts are scrumptious.
