I always come back! – I started going there years ago based on references by a co-worker. I had been doing my own taxes but had a more involved return. Knowing how attention deficient I am, I got an appointment with Pat. She whipped through all of my paperwork and forms. I came out of it better than I had thought. I've been going to her for years because I'm a technical person who hates dealing with anything financial. I like not having to really think about a lot of details and forms for once. I feel comfortable with my taxes in Pat's hands. This year, I would have totally been off on my taxes. Glad I didn't do them. Also,I moved out of the area some years ago but I still continue to have her do my taxes. She's a great security blanket to have when it comes to issues I'm too fidgety to work on. Thanks Pat!
Great People – My whole family has been going to Red's for many years. I recommend them highly to my friends and co-workers and anybody who has been to see Pat Radcliffe has always gone back again and again. I can't say enough about having confidence in the people who take care of my taxes. I don't want the BIG commercial guys from TV. I want someone I can call and ask a question anytime I need to.

Personally, I love the file clerk! – My friendship for the owner of RED'S TAX SERVICE and THE FAMILY, is well over 35 years strong! As a client, I have always been very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it! As an employee, I enjoy working with THE FAMILY and the clients. The majority of the time you deal with nothing but nice people and then once in a while...you can't please everyone all the time, but we truly do try to!!!!
Response to Review By rcarlyle – As a small, family business with 5 full time tax preparers who work 7 days a week from mid January to April 15, we process over 5000 income tax returns. After April 15th we are all in the office at different times during the week and are bombarded with phone calls, late filers, completing returns, etc. Due to the volume of business we do as a small business it is necessary to call our office to have our receptionist schedule your appointment very early in the season, preferably at least a month in advance. This client has been taken care of and apologized to for the delayed response on our part. We value our clients and our business ethics and try to do everything we can to give them the best possible service. I, along with others in the office, have clients we have been seeing for 20 years or more and have become like family to us. I believe that alone says a lot for our business. It is unfortunate for any business when a client or customer is unhappy with their service, but, we aspire to do whatever we can to rectify the situation. Thank you.
Terrible customer service – I have been getting my taxes done here for 5 years. In late March, I called and left multiple messages for my tax preparer to call me to schedule an appointment. Since then, I have called weekly 4-5 times and left messages. I have yet to received a return phone call. Here is late April and I am still leaving messages. This is terrible customer server, especially for a returning customer of 5 years. Just terrible!
