Service hit or miss. There are two people that work there alternatingly. The young man is very courteous and helpful. I would give him 5 stars if that is all there was. There is also an older man that is gruff, rude, and generally provides poor service. I would give him a 1. Overall, however, they do their job.
Super Customer Service. As a Customer Care Professional for Most of my life, I want to comment the young man who helped me at this location. I had a very large, bulky & awkward package which I needed to return. I didn't want to spend my entire paycheck doing so, and he asked me to leave it with him to see if he could figure out a cheaper way to ship it for me. I left him with name & number. He called back the next day telling me he could ship it for almost half of what we originally thought it was going to cost. Way To Go! I gave him my cc#, and he shipped it right away. Very Pleasant Experience.
sucks!. As the other reviewer mentioned, the owner(Korean???) was so rude; he treated me like a sh**t. I'll never ever go back there.
RUDENESS NEVER WINS!!!. RUDE OWNER!!! Talks down to his customers. I thought I'd give this place a chance after hearing not so nice things from other customers, but they were right. Im taking my business to the others guys.
