My car was DEVESTATED by Buckys. I DO NOT recommend Buckys to any one. Any of their locations. I have been to three different locations of theirs because i "liked" to support their buisness. I was hoping by location change that i would get different service. Boy was i wrong. It seemed the more of their shops my car went to the more problems it "had". I got some of my old parts from the last repair job they did for me, parts that were "absolutly vital to replace" and had them tested out at my new preferred auto repair shop and i was told all the parts were A-Okay. I sold all my "absolutly vital to replace" on CL to recooperate some of the money they stole from me. It will never do justice to how taken advantage i felt after leaving their shop for the last time.

CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THESE GUYS! – I just moved into the area. I needed some drums and disks turned. I called them 2 hours before they closed on a Saturday. Not only did they turn my disks, but they also did a quick service request as well. These guys are top notch in my book!

Fantastic Service. – I have used Bucky's off and on for the past 5 years and have the utmost respect for the crew, I am a single mom of 2 and times can get hard I had a bad radiator and was leaking water everywhere and my car overheating this happened right after rent was due and my funds were extremely limited the manager gave me an estimate for $295.00 which included a new radiator, radiator hoses and tax included at the time the price sounded like a super good deal but I just couldnt afford it so I went against my better judgement and called a few other shops and they quoted me nearly double I have a special needs child and without a vehicle it would be impossible to run the errands that is neded, after talking with the manager and asking him if I could leave my car at the shop until I got paid he insited that he would "make it happen to get me back on the road" long story short he reduced over $75.00 on my bill and I was able to get back on the road...Thanks again guy's your Angels....I told you guy's that I would tell everyone about Bucky"s :)

They will take you for a ride (and lighten your wallet)... – I had an issue with my brakes the other day. There was a grinding noise coming from my front tires. I took it to Bucky's and had them look at it. They told me that my breaks where bad in the front (which they were and they showed me). There was no pad on the front left break. So I knew they needed to be worked on. I asked for a quote and the total came to about $650.00. I almost died. That was for replacing the pads, rotor, and calipers. I called a couple acquaintances and asked them for there advice. Both told me that it was wrong. I have an '04 Impala and they said I should not need calipers already. I asked them to put my car back together that I would be getting a second opinion. The guy at the counter tried to convince me that I really needed those parts, but I again requested they put it back together for me. While waiting for my car the guy at the counter told me that if I wanted to have them do it for cheaper that I did not have to do the calipers... THAN WHY DID THEY QUOTE ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! So I took my car home and had one of my friends come over to help me change the pads and rotor myself (it was actually really easy to do we had it done in an hour and I had never done breaks before). The total retail cost of my parts was $160.00 from Shucks and I paid my friend $100.00 for the hour of work he helped me with my car. Total cost $260.00 and Bucky wanted $650.00 for more work than what was needed.

Now this last part maybe a rumor about there pricing but here is what I was told. They get there parts wholesale, mark them up about 25%, add labor costs, and than DOUBLE THAT NUMBER. When I did the math on the estimated cost of what they wanted to do and what they wanted to charge it worked out to be about right.

I wish I could give them 0 stars...
