No integrity – I called to ask about what they have in the lot, and was given a wrong information. I drove 45 min., just to find out the car I was looking for was not there. I requested the person I spoke with(internet Nick), and I was told "his father just died, and he had to leave" since I called about an hour ago. No integrity.
Had a good service experience – I had a service appointment scheduled here last week and I was a running little late. They were very accommodating and got me in anyway. My car was ready when I was told it would be and it cost a little less than what they estimated it would. They warned me that I would be needing new tires soon and I know they are correct because my husband told me the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I am happy with my experience and will be bringing my car back here again for my next service.
I am happy with Michael's Toyota! – Several months ago a friend of mine bought a new car from Michael's Toyota and he recommended that I go there when I was ready to trade in my old Toyota.
I decided to go check them out and I am very happy that I did. I got a great deal on a used Corolla with low miles. The salesman was very nice and I was surpised with how well the negotiations and financing went. I even think the amount I got for my trade in was fair.
I had a really good experience here! – Since the weather was so bad this Memorial Day weekend, I decided to go car shopping yesterday. I had picked out a few dealerships to stop at and Michael's Toyota was one of them. When I got there I found that they were very busy, which I took as a good sign - they must be doing something right to have all of those customers there. Because they were so busy I thought I would have to wait around for a salesperson, but I was helped right away. James took his time with me and got to know a little bit about me to figure out what kind of car I was looking for and what kind of price range. He showed me a few different cars and we narrowed it down to a Camry. I thought I would have to buy a used car, but because of the great deals they were having, I was able to get a new Camry.
I was very happy with how I was treated at Michael's Toyota and with the great deal I got on my new Camry!
One year later and I'm still happy! – It has been a year since I bought my 2009 Camry. I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience at Michael's Toyota! When I bought my car I was very impressed with how easy it all was. My salesman was great. He had such a positive attitude and he made it a fantastic experience.
I have also been extreemly happy with the service department. I have only taken my car in for oil changes, but they are always ready for me and have my car ready when promised.
Great place to buy a car! – I should have done this review a long time ago, but better late than never. I have bought my last 2 Toyota's from Michael's and I highly recommend them. Both experiences were great and pain free. I didn't get quite as much for my trade in as I would have liked, but they are a for profit business and they need to be able to sell it for more than they gave me. I could have sold it myself and got a little more for it but I didn't want the hassle.
I also get all of my service work done at Michael's and have never had any problems. The staff is always on top of things and very friendly.
Great Dealership – It is a great time to buy a Toyota. I got a great deal on my new Tundra at Michael's Toyota. I think that with all of the publicity Toyota is getting right now, this is the best time to buy one. They seemed to really be willing to give me a good deal. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
I recommend Michaels Toyota – I just bought a new Toyota Camry from Michaels Toyota and got a great deal plus I also got 0% interest!
I would highly recommend Dana, my salesperson. She did a great job and made this an easy process.
Bad Dealership – I bought my car new in 2005 a Scion xB(2006 model year). And from the vary first day had problems. They all stem from a sunroof that was put in wrong. The fissh job looked bad still looks bad oh and no drain tubes were put in so my car filled with water and now my car is plauqed by electrical issues. Over the past few years I have had my car in and out of that dealership too many times. And now the warranty is up they don't want to fix a thing. Sorry they will fix it for a price$$$. I had a Echo I bought from them long ago and never had any trouble. But this xB I think was a lemon and now that I am out of warranty it's be stuck with a broke car. And of course they have their money. I have kept all records apology letters etc. and will be going to "Get Jesse" and the Attorney General.
A bunch of liars and cheater – We bought a brand new 2009 Sienna from their dealer. While we were driving, the front driver side glass door shattered for no reason. There was no throwing rock or any object striking the window at all. They wanted us to have it replaced by a private shop. They promised that if it was due to manufacturering defect, they would reimburse us for the cost of the repair. The technician told us that it could be due to a craze line in the the glass during shipment of the van. When we told the manager about what the technician told us, he just brushed it off and insisted that we had to have proof before he could repay us back. How could anyone prove it when the glass completely shattered? I told him that it was ridiculous that they did not honor the waranty on the car. After all, we paid a lot more for a brand new car because there was a warranty. The manager started to raised his voice and asked us to leave. What a bad customer service! We won't buy another Toyota ever again. They are not reliable and do not have a decent customer service at all.
