I must say for the first time ever buying a car was actually a pleasant experience. I shopped at five other dealerships last week before ending up at Bellevue Auto House. A friend of mine recommended I go there before and after all of the hassle I had at 3 other places I tried them out. These guys had a huge selection of very nice clean cars, showed me the Car Fax online and made the deal easy. Thank you Bellevue auto house and especially Dale and Alfredo!

Enjoyable No Nonsense. Just went back to Bellevue Auto House to help my mom get her car and they have moved to a much bigger location. What a selection and still great service. My mom is so pleased! (march 2012)If you are looking for a quality pre owned luxury car and a no nonsense purchase oportunity, go see Sean and Dale at Bellevue Auto House. I went across the water to check them out and after shopping at several other places, I went back to where I was treated with respected and where I found the best overall deal, at Bellevue

This so-called "dealership" is a joke. I understand buying a used car can result in purchasing someone else's problems, and that's exactly what has happened. I was told that this car was ready to go, and that's correct, if Sean meant to go directly to the auto machanic. Over the first year, my BMW, which was to be a car for my daughter to drive to college, has been in the shop on 3 separate occasions. Too much has been replaced on this car to describe, but it's now totaled over $10,000 in 2 years. Now, I've just been insulted again by these scum-buckets when, after 2 years, the license plates that I received in the mail a month after purchasing, now have to be replaced because they're actually 7 years old already. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JUNK DEALER AGAIN, AND NOR SHOULD YOU!!! Save your money and go to a reputable car dealer . . . this is not it.

Excellent place to shop!. A+ rating by the BBB doesn't say enough. Ace, Dale and Sean are very friendly and went out of there way by staying after hours to get me financed and into the car I wanted. I can't thank them enough.Great inventory of luxury vehicles and great customer service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for everything.

The last review by DonaldMcClinton must have been posted by another dealer and not an actual customer because when I was searching for a car I realized that the exact same review was cut and paste on THREE other auto dealers review pages on the same date with different names, My experience at Bellevue Auto House was nothing but first class service and nice cars.Their rating with Better Business Bureau tells the truth about this place. It is Hard to find an auto dealership that has A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.

DON'T GO HERE!. "RUN AWAY" DAMAGED CARS! Don't get scamed! These guys will tell you anything, INCLUDING that the car you are looking to buy has NEVER BEEN in an ACCIDENT! They will even show you a Car Fax if you push them, But if you go online and pay to get your own from Car Fax it might look different like mine did. I paid for a Car Fax and the report showed two accidents and thiers showed no accidents. Don't know how but DON'T GO HERE!

Very Helpfull. I'm so pleased with my purchase from Bellevue Auto House last summer and the way they have helped a couple of my friends too. They have a nice selection of vehicles and show you the Car Fax. The prices are very competitive and if you are comparing with another dealer, they will even show you both Car Faxes side by side. In all the cars I have bought before, this is the only place where I felt comfortable during and after the purchase.

Thanks but no thanks.. I would not recommend Bellevue auto house. Ventured all the way to Bellevue to see a 5 Series BMW, Its not really that far from downtown Seattle where I live but kind of a hassle. I was interested in the vehicle at first. Then after I mentioned that I was shopping with my local BMW dealer they proceeded to try and dissuade me from buying there by trashing them.

They spent more time telling me how bad the BMW dealer was then actually trying to sell me their car!

What a waste of my time.

Ended up visiting the Bellevue Botanical Garden so I was not a completely wasted trip across the water.

Car buying made comfortable. Just bought a BMW from them. They are great and honest people and informed me on things that I wasn't even aware of. They are not going to lie to you to sell the car. There is a reason why they have been in business for so long and always get great reviews. I gave them difficult times asking many questions but Sean was always nice and helping. Alan and Dale are also great to work with and they all are helpful. They gave me all the time I needed and I made the purchase in the comfort of a house. Highly recommended (at least to see how different they are than other dealers) an. Thanks Auto House.

Delightful Place. I am so pleased with Bellevue Auto House! I found Bellevue Auto House through a friend who bought there before and boy was she right when she said they were easy to deal with. These guys have very nice clean low priced cars and sold us the X3 for two thousand dollars less than any of the other dealers we looked at. They showed us the Car Fax before we test drove offered a complete warranty for about a thousand less than the one on my last car and better yet even got us a lower interest rate than our credit union could do for us.
