Every sale is FINAL??? Oh, really???.
My wife bought a couple accessories from this place. I tried to talk her out of it as soon as hearing the sales woman's abrupt voice saying, "Every sale is final = No return, No exchange!!!"
My wife liked their design, so she bought them anyway.
Within one minute, one of them broke. Fortunately, the sales woman was able to fix it for her.
As soon as I got home, I read reviews about this place. There were a couple negative reviews about the fact that their products don't last very long. I agree. Not only they looked weak but also they actually WERE.
My conclusion: They don't offer refund or exchange because they're not confident about their products! And I cannot forgive any retailer like this!! Stay away from these guys!!!

wow. european style, excellent sales people, beautiful shoes, huge variety, prices...worth every penny, last for long time and guarantied will be IN next season. specially good with variety of men shoes...pure 10.
