State of the art designs and service. Joseph has custom designed both an anniversary necklace and an engagement ring that perfectly matched what I visioned.

Custom Jewlery. Searched for a place to get some custom jewelry designed. Found Joseph Jewelry on the internet. They were easy to work with and very patient through out the entire process. Ended up with a great custom designed pendant for a Christmas present. Will definitely do more business in the future.

We love this place. When we started shopping for wedding rings, we went to the usual big named jewelry stores and found nothing.. A co-worker of mine, mentioned Joseph Jewelry and thought we might give it a go.......Im so glad we did. We found the perfect rings that were different and delightful.....

Nothing less than perfection. Joseph and his staff were excellent with a capital E. They brought my ring design to life in a precise and timely fashion. After contacting a number of other online Jewelers, I found Joseph Jewelry and had all of my questions answered immediately. Their confidence gave me confidence and I will never go back to another Jeweler (in fact I immediately had them begin two more projects after I saw my completed original).

Professional, knowledgable and artistic. I found Joseph Jewelry online, looking for a local jeweler that had a creative edge. I love jewelry, and I wanted to go to a jeweler who had a similar style as me and who I could build a long term relationship with. Joseph and Danny were so accomodating and helpful. Purchasing jewelry, especially custom, is a very personal decision and they helped me through the process with incredible patience and their knowledge really shined through. They gained credibility every step of the way with me. They are not salespeople, they are 100% focused on getting the customer what they want. And that is refreshing.

They did a custom ring for me that exceeded my expectations by far. I will absolutely use them again, and I still check their website from time to time, just dreaming of what my next piece will be!

Joseph Jewelry review. I am so overjoyed after receiving my custom ring in the mail. After searching for hours online for a jewler to make a custom ring for me, I contacted Joseph after seeing his work. I emailed him and was appreciative to talk to someone who was very genuine and didn't feel was trying to "just make a sale." He was straight forward, and after I decided to use him, was pleasantly suprised on how patient he was. I must have changed my mind a few times! But he worked with me and when I got my ring in the mail, I couldn't be happier. It was like he read my mind. Do yourself a favor and trust Joseph to make your next ring.. he won't let you down.

Best custom designed Engagement ring in Washington. After searching for various jewelry stores online, I decided to stop by Joseph Jewelry.

On my first visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in creating a preliminary design for the engagement ring.

After subsequent visits, I suggested a new design, which was accepted and developed into a 3D model.

Throughout the entire process Joseph Jewelry supplied sound advice while helping to fulfill my creative vision within the time and budget that I set out.

Second to none quality and craftsmanship. I’ve been a customer of Joseph’s Jewelry for over 7 years now and have purchased everything from small pendant necklaces to my wife’s engagement ring, and have always been very impressed. Joseph and Danny have a thorough knowledge of their trade and if you can dream it they can make it. When they are challenged with a difficult design they will find or invent a way to make it happen, and their knowledge of their trade is second to none with service to match.

Joseph Jewelry. Amazing Service, Friendly, Stunning results

The very night we got engaged, I began searching for a local jeweler. I wasn't attracted to the franchise companies, like Shane or Jarod's. I had no real idea what kind of design I liked or even that one could be custom made to my desires or needs. We began speaking with Danny via their website. They were able to share pictures and ideas almost immediately and we worked to fine tune what it was that I wanted in an engagement ring.

When we met them in person, I was pleased by the selection of the store, the knowledge and friendly demeanor everyone possessed. After only a couple of visits, Josephs recognized us as we came in. They were wonderful in explaining the science of diamonds and the metals used in the engagement and wedding rings. They worked with what we wanted and what we were able to afford. I get compliments on my rings every day!

We saw the rings through all the developmental stages, from the computer rendering, to the wax model, to the nearly polished and final results.

We are very pleased with the rings and recommend them to anyone. Joseph Jewelry is an amazing local business with a phenomenal staff that listens and cares, and crafts gorgeous jewelry.

Excellent service, amazing product!!!. I'm an online customer who happened to stumble upon Joseph Jewelers while trying to search for a business to compete with our home town jewelers prices. Im a young guy and my budget for this very special ring was not very big. I set myself up on their website, which was very simple to use. I drew a few drawings of what I had in mind for the design of my custom ring and sent in to Joseph via scan. They called me back in about a day with questions and feedback about the ring I wanted to make. We talked about the diamonds that would be appropriate with the design I sent them. They understood that I was not trying to break the bank and I didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision. I was absolutely floored by the drawings they emailed me back. They were exactly what I had envisioned. If I had any issues at all I was able to talk to Joseph himself and I didn't have to wait on the phone for a long time, he usually sent back an email within the business day. The entire process was simple and I enjoyed it very much! Long story, short... She said "YES!" and she was amazed that the ring was completely custom! Seriously I spent under $2,000! All thanks to Joseph Jewelers!!!
