Experienced and caring staff. I needed to go to have my eyes examined in a hurry and Envision came to the rescue. They are centrally located so anyone can get there easily. They fit me right in and treated me with kindness and excellence. The staff was accomodating and wonderful and Dr. Brown is simply the best. It was a great experience all-around. They had great specials and they take insurance, too. The selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses are awesome. I am so happy with Envision and plan on being a client for life! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family and associates. They are top-notch, without a doubt!

Poor Service. New to area from L.A.; stopped in looking for specs; person who finally waited on me (was on the phone behind counter) seemed indifferent and not very knowledgeable about higher-end eyewear. Prices were too high for that kind of lower-end service; I went to Market Optical in Bellevue Square instead, and got really good service, very friendly & attentive staff, and nice product selection so that's who I gave my business to.
