Great service!. I used Bellevue Auto Rebuild after a drunk driver rear ended my car. Tripp was a great help, everything worked smoothly and I had my car back in no time.

In response to the person above's review, I think you may have been getting bellevue auto rebuild confused with Bel-Red Auto rebuild right next to them. I had a coworker make the same mistake and she received the same rude service there exactly as you described it. I think you may have talked to Bellevue auto rebuild on the phone, then gone to Bel-Red auto rebuild in person?

Extremely Rude Customer Service. The administrative asst and one of the estimators was extremely rude and condescending. They lose paperwork.

I called in the next day after getting an estimate. They can't find the estimate and actually asked me if I was sure I had the right shop! Then I had asked about when they could get the car back. One person promised a date. Then when I brought the car in, the secretary said there's no one by that name. I wanted to make sure I could get the car back by a certain day. The secretary doesn't greet you when you come in but just hands you a form to fill out. Even though you've already filled it out and I'm holding an estimate from their shop.

I called about the completion date and it wasn't going to be finished in time. This person said "if we don't get in done in time are we going to be in trouble". Yes, I'm writing a bad review about you. hahaha
