Excellent repair work. Kelly's Auto Body, Bellevue WA. My Acura was sideswiped in a parking lot, big damage to both front and rear passenger doors and the rear quarter panel. The perp. drove away and did not leave a note (thanks dirtbag, I hope Karma has you on it's list ) A difficult challenge to get it looking "new" again. Kelly's Auto Body did a superb job. Absolutely no evidence of damage. My auto insurance covered for a rental car and they drove right to Kelly's front door to deliver the car for me to use, nice! The job took about 5 days longer than estimated do to delay in getting parts (from Acura I presume) however I was very satisfied in the completed work. Definite recommend to anyone seeking good auto body work.

Outstanding detailed work and great staff. I rarely write reviews for such public forums, but I’m compelled to write a short note of thanks and praise for Kelly’s Auto Body in Bellevue.

Unfortunately I had the passenger rear door damaged enough to make it necessary to replace the entire door on my 6 month old Acura ZDX. Being so new, and having a complex metallic paint job, I was pretty sure new replacement parts and paint match were going to be troublesome. Not for Kelly’s! Not only was the ZDX back in my hands ahead of plan, the paint was PERFECT!! I’m a detail oriented guy and take pride in having a clean and great looking car so I went over every inch of the repair job and can’t believe they can make it so much like nothing every happened to my new car!

They also have a spotless shop, very friendly staff, and worked flawlessly with my insurance company to make this a very easy and pleasant experience.

Under promised and over delivered… wow!...what a concept. Keep up the awesome work!

Great Job! Excellent Customer Service!. Kelly's does a great job. I got in two accidents with my car. Kelly's repaired the vehicle both times to look as if nothing had ever happened. They washed and vacuumed it out as well. I appreciated the kindess and excellent customer service of Jym and Skip. They really cared how I was doing after the accidents. They answered all my questions about the insurance billing process, the estimate for repairs and were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
