WENT THE EXTRA MILE!. My fridge died Friday night, just before 4th of July weekend. As you can imagine, it was stocked full of items for the big celebration. I'd called over a dozen parts and repair shops for a specific replacement part. Many were closed for the holiday. Those that said they could get it only said I could have it the next week! Crossroads was the last company I had left to call.

I can't say how much I'm impressed with Richard @ Parts and Service. While he didn't have the part, and initially told me the same thing as the other shops, he listened to my plight and asked me to hold on.

I overheard him call one of his distributors to see if they had it. As luck would have it, one of their clients did not pick the last one they had! He sent me their way and told me to drop their name. Here's the great part: I had actually called the same supplier earlier and they said they did not have the part! WOW! I just installed it and my fridge runs as it should! CATASTROPHE AVERTED!

Richard did not have to call on my behalf, but his empathy and desire to serve just reminded me what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE! Big ups to Richard and Crossroads Appliance! Local Business stepping up BIG TIME!

Bad customer service. If you want to spend $10.000 on appliances for a new kitchen and if you have a problem and want help, don't go to Crossroads. Crossroads is into selling appliances but not backing up the sale. If you have a problem on installation and it doesn't work, expect a run around, delays and passing off responsibility. I had a problem with an appliance that cost less than $1,000 out of a $10,000 order. Crossroads passed me off to the manufacturer, and gave no support in getting it repaired or replaced. It has now been 7 months since the initial purchase and I still have no resolution!! Don't buy from Crossroads!!!
