Crossroads Shoe DIS-Service more like.
Wish it were possible to give a negative rating.
Had a pair of shoes repaired here late in May and the heels are already completely worn out. Took them back in and the owner point blank refused to stand behind his workmanship, and just repeatedly told me how he uses the best materials in America. He then waved a pair of stiletto heel shoes in my face and told me that some women wear these out in three days - probably true if he repaired the heels in the first place, given the poor quality of his materials and workmanship.
Don't go here unless you want to have to keep going back and paying to have the work done again.
