Great flowers delivevered when you want. Regina has taken care of all my flowers needs for many years. In fact, I give her a list of special occasions and birthdays and she always makes a special arrangement of incredibly fresh flowers and has them there on time. When my father was married two years ago and had his reception in Seattle I went to her for his boutonniere and her corsage and she made it while I waited - poor planning on my part but she stepped right up to the plate and my new mother was thrilled because everything was the right color for her wedding dress. Not recommended for rush deliveries or holidays!. Despite my delay, I called to have an arrangement made for my mom on Mother's Day and the shop was happy to fulfill the order today; however, the associate complained on the phone about all the orders they had to do today during our conversation. It felt like she didn't have time for my request.

I asked again if this was something they could do and she said no problem but that they had limited inventory of options. I began to ask questions regarding colors, etc and design and she seemed overwhelmed, she then exclaimed "I'm not going to take this order!" Regardless of how stressful this holiday may be I atleast hoped for a little more professional and positive attitude. It's Mother's Day weekend! ; )
