Excellent quality, service and pricing!.
There are not enough good things to say about Window & Door Shoppe. My wife and I love the Andersen Narrowline 200 series (wood construction with vinyl wrap).
We have ordered three separate window packages through W&DS (over the last six years). Their service is fantastic, absolutely the best you could expect. They offer other brands of windows, some very hight end from what I can tell, and their showroom, although small, is complete with lots of product examples so you really know what you are buying.
On top of great service and products, their pricing is the best I have found anywhere. I just recently bid them against another dealer, who is also known for good pricing, and W&DS still came in 20% less, which is almost unheard of.
I have no affiliation with W&DS other than as a very satisfied customer.

avoid andersen, avoid window & door shop. difficult to work with; weeks have gone by trying to get a callback on major product warranty issues. no support after the sale. dealer doesn't return calls to solve the problem. save yourself headaches and shop elsewhere. with eight week order lead time, i was shipped andersen product damaged before it was shipped, unable to install and unable to replace. another three weeks time elapsed i still have no installation. major frustration.

I have seen this same complaint on another dealer site. My conculsion is that it was written by a competitor who doesn't have anything better to do with their time. This is not how The Window & Door Shoppe conducts their business.
