I don't know about the previous review, but I get great service every time I go there. Just talk to Frank and he will hook you up with great deals on anything you need, and is reasonable with loans too. I have been told it's the oldest shop in Kent and they have a rock solid reputation. Definitely exceeds my expectations and would recommend.

They feel free to use your item when it's under pawn. I brought in a brand new shot gun for pawn, and when I got it out of pawn, it was a used shotgun. They didn't even clean it, and I ended up with a pitted barrel, because I didn't believe a professional business would use your pawned property for their own personal use, so it sat in my gun cabinet dirty for a year, until I took it out last week, and discovered it had been shot, and left dirty BY KENT JEW & LOOT.
