Gentle with fragile pets.
There's always something good and bad about any business, but I must say that I've taken my cat to groomers all over the seattle area and he's always come out of there unease and agitated.
I took him to Scruff to Fluff and the staff was so gentle with him that he had zero desire of leaving the groomers arms when I came to get him.
My persian is old and fragile and they always do a great job and shaving him just right (lion cut) and not hurting him. Thank you StoF!
Complete Incompetence. Avoid Ashley like the plague. I asked for a very simple cut, as short as possible everywhere. When I picked my dog up and brought him home almost everyone who saw him asked me "did you cut your dog's hair" thats how uneven it was. Next day I bring him back and ask to have him evened out, keep in mind that all I wanted was for his hair to all be one length and very very short, after Ashley gets done "evening" his haircut I take him for a walk. On our walk he steps in some mud and gets it between his toes, when I get him home and begin to wash his paws I notice that he still has hair at least one inch long between each and every one of his toes. For a second I though about bringing him in for a third time but then thought better of it and just finished the job myself. Complete incompetence, I will never take my dog back to Scruff to Fluff again
Highly Recommended. The negative reviews below must relate to a distant past because we were very pleased with our dog's recent grooming. The entire experience was positive. Previously, we tried other groomers, and the results were disappointing.
Good Job..... The staff here is very friendly, my pups are in and out with great grooming! I'm happy I found this place and it's so close to my home. Thumbs up for me!
Groomer Loretta was wonderful!. The staff was friendly, Loretta allowed alot of time for me to explain the specific cut I wanted for my Shih-Tzu. In 3 years of attempting to get the cut correct at various places, Loretta actually listened and gave me exactly what I requested. I would recommend Loretta and Scruff to Fluff!
Really unorganized. I would never take my dog there. Its dirty and the dogs hair quality is terrible. As long as that place has been open its allways had a bad reputation im surprised its still there . Ive seen and been to much better places. I cant belive they are still takeing dogs as they remodel its a very big safety issue. I wouldnt recomend it and they let the dogs run free together anything could happen.
Customer service not good. I had an appointment at 8:30 am and waited for 35 minutes in front of the door as they were closed. I left at 9:05 understandably upset after having left 2 voicemails. I called again at 9:15 and the groomer who picked up the phone hunged up on me after telling me he didn't have time to hear me "b----ing and complaining." I called again later requesting to speak with the manager and got the same treatment. They could have called me to let me know they were running late. Plus while waiting outside and looking through the windows I noticed how dirty they keep their business. Yikes! Condescending employee plus unkept appereance = I am not taking my dog here ever again
