Great instructors. This studio has been around a long time and still a big draw because of great teachers. everyone is friendly and the energy is awesome. It's like a family there.

best hot yoga on the eastside. this place has vidal bitton and jen perry--two of the best teachers in seattle.....and Vidal is like the most amazing teacher. this studio has a soft wood floor that i find the best for hot yoga. the room doesn't smell and all the teachers are good. i would give this place a 10 if they had showers. i highly suggest this studio as i have checked out 5 in the area....this one is the best becuase of Jen and Vidal....they are just amazing!
