A very good pharmacy to work with. I am very pleased with this Pharmacy. I needed a drug compounded and they we able to make it for me. They mailed it out to me very quickly. The price was very good. The employes are really friendly and very professional. The owner made me feel like I was a very important client when I met her.. I am very pleased to have found them and to be a client of theirs. The pharmacy is very clean and pleasent when you walk in.

Bad (and very disruptive) service. I submitted a prescription to this pharmacy on June 1st for a medication I need to take daily. When I submitted, the pharmacy, which has filled this specific prescription for me before, said that due to a change in my insurance, they needed to get an approval from the new insurance company. I let them know that I only had a couple days worth on hand and needed it ASAP. After five days of hearing nothing, I called the pharmacy for a status. They claimed the insurance company had not yet approved. I called the insurance company and they said it was already approved. I then called the pharmacy once again to let them know of the approval. Once they verified the approval, they then proceeded to tell me that they could not fill the prescription due to the fact that they would lose money. This all after them wasting 5 days of my time and I've been without the medication for 3 days. I proceeded to let them know that they can either fill the prescription at a loss, or face a potential law suit for disrupting my medication supply. After being referred to the owner of the pharmacy, she proceeded to tell me that they had then verified that they indeed could fill the prescription after verifying the terms with the insurance company. I had finally deemed this acceptable, until the owner proceeded to lecture me about how I was rude to her employee. I guess to them, customers do not come first. I refuse to do business with any company like this pharmacy that wastes over 5 days of my time and feels the need to lecture me on my behavior.

Best pharmacy ever. The Evergreen Pharmacy Staff is so helpful. I've never had a problem with insurance billing.

great pharmacy. The previous review, I feel was made about the wrong pharmacy and should be clarified. Evergreen Pharmacy

is a small pharmacy and to our knowledge has never withheld meds (esp from someone who is dying) and we have not sent anyone in for collection for past due accounts. I believe you are speaking of the nursing home pharmacy -EVERGREEN PHARMACEUTICALS.

Worst Pharmacy. Evergreen Pharmacy is charging me for meds that my father did not take as he was semi-comatose and took no meds.They are threatening to send me to collections despite my letters and calls,and proof the nursing Home Med. record indicates no meds were given. I feel this is illeagal , fraudulant and unethical.
