Low Quality Builder, Homes Built Fast and Poorly. Puget Homes builds homes to extremely low quality . I think they moved their offices to Redmond, WA. They don't honor warranty and will not take responsibility for their many construction blunders. Will promise you that they'll customize the new home to your preference, but make many expensive structural mistakes that cost the buyer big money to fix after you've moved into the home. Never would buy from them again.
