Lynnwood >Food & Dining > Old Country Buffet
OCB, Lynnwood 44th @ 196th.
OCB has a wondeful choice of meals, each family member can choose what they like without breaking the family budget.
BRECKFEST is only served on SATURDAY and SUNDAY mornings, and on some holidays. They do NOT serve breckfest MONDAY thru FRIDAY unless its a holiday.
As for calls, the phone is situated by the cashier, they ones that are answering the phones probably are either NEW or do not know the company policies, they will ask for a mananger or an assitant manager to get the answer.
The company that owns OCB also owns other buffets with other names, they are located in many locations. While another buffet "sister" company serves breckfest at some locations, it does not server breckfect at most
Anyone that remembers their first job, likely will remember they did not have all of the answers when someone called. Give them a break, and a tip
to the person that took away your dishes. Not a tip like
"Henry VIII at Belmont running in the 5th race", but a small tip that shows them how your service was appreciated!
425-672-9731. Phone number stored in my fav in my cell phone!
Self-service restaurant satisfies budget-conscious families with all-you-can-eat, all-American home-style cooking..
A strip-mall mainstay throughout U.S. suburbs, this buffet-style restaurant caters to ravenous families who pay a flat per-head fee for all the comfort food they can chow down. Serving stations present everything from fried chicken to shrimp scampi, macaroni and cheese to steamed veggies. A do-it-yourself dessert bar allows diners to make their own sugary indulgence from a supply of brownies and cakes, syrupy toppings and multiple flavors of soft-serve ice cream.
Great variety for all to enjoy. I love OCB because my kids can all have what they want as can Mom and Dad. Sometimes they can be slow to pick up dirty dishes but for the most part this is a great place to eat if you are into getting a great value. I wish they would mix up the menu a little more but that would be my only complaint.... :D
Called about group discount (15 or more), discounts and/or reservations -
None, but when called ahead of time will try to accoomidate large groups. Very vague answers to questions with a LOT of hemming and hawing inbetween responses.
Personally offensive to me who was trying to give a 'heads-up' to mgmt. for the large group due to arrive at a specific time.
