So Bad... – I live right by this Wendy's, and I love the baconator (If they didn't have this burger I would never go back. Ever.) I have so many problems with this place I don't even know where to begin. I'll start with the food.

The burgers are hot, but the fries are rarely anything above luke-warm. I've actually been given some fries that felt like they were just pulled out of the refrigerator. There's nothing much more to say other than good luck getting hot fries. Now here's my true reason they get 1 out of 5. Service.

It's just so bad whether it's inside or through the drive-thru it doesn't matter. I don't mean to sound racist, but this particular Wendy's is about %80 non-English speaking people. They're not much better at understanding it either. I always have to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, and the kicker is they still manage to mess it up.

I don't make complicated orders. Just a large double baconator combo with no sauce, and a diet coke. I consistently get sauce, I always need to make them heat up my fries, and sometimes they even manage to give me the wrong burger. Keep in mind that I have repeated my order 3 or 4 times by this point. Out of all the restaurants I frequent this is the only one that fails my order more often than getting it right.

I don't ever write reviews, hell, I hardly even complain when they get my order wrong, but yesterday's service prompted this. 12am. I'm coming home for work, so I decide to go through and get my usual I ask for the baconator. They give my a bacon deluxe. I drive back around and tell them to make my order right in a stern voice, and the night manager decides to belittle me about the difference between the number 4 (baconator) and the number 5 (bacon deluxe). I asked for the baconator by name, so my ability to count is irrelevant, but the fact that he decided to treat me like a child whether I was right, or wrong is just terrible. The worst service I've ever received.

They get a 1 out of 5 because they own the rights to the baconator...and because this site doesn't allow a 0 out of 5.

Worst Service Ever at a Drive Thru – Went thru drive Thru today at 1:05pm, I live a mile from here so am familiar with poor service on a continuing basis from this site, I am a Wendys customer so I keep hoping my calls and feedback will make a change.

Today, ordered a triple meal with chili instead of fries and 4 chicken nuggets.

I left and headed to my destination, I reached in a bag and came out with chili, they placed the chili contanier on it's side nest to the hamburger in bottom of bag, the lid had come open and bottom of bag was leaking chili. I stoped and pulled into a parking lot, below the chili and hamburger was my straw, bent and flattened. there were 2 napkins but they were already covered with chili. In the other bag was 4 chicken nuggets and 2 napkins along with 4 sweet/sour sauces. I had asked for barbeque sauce. The nuggest were not warm but cold. Also 2 napkins, no spoon for chili or crackers. Person taking order had problem understanding english so I repeated everything at speaker and window. Todays experience was the final straw, and I have gone out of my way to give them feedback and never asked for anything in return other than fixing the problem. Last time my hamburger had one less meat patty than ordered, food is rarely hot and forget the fries, soggie. How Wendy's can allow this to continue is beyond me.....HELP DAVE! (I remember when Wendy’s had to hire off duty police officers to control the traffic during lunch hour, and they wore buttons that said Hot and Juicy….now it should be Cold and Old).
