Horrible Business Needing Competition. Now a FORMER Shuttle Express user. Dreadful business, insulting, and shady because they have no competition. I made a RT airport reservation online. Then thought I might get a ride home from my daughter and called to ask if I should instead book only one way. Oh, no. No problem, just give a call to cancel return trip. And so I did, after leaving Mexico for home. Noticed no change in the VISA charge so called. Unbearably rude and insulting person said I should have read the fine print requiring 24 hours notice. And called long distance from Mexico, no doubt. I explained, and she had the nerve to say they maybe could arrange to have someone listen to my recorded phone call to see if I was telling theTRUTH! What a filthy, horrid business. Never again.

For Hotel Pickup ONLY. The pickup from the hotel was prompt. However, the RESERVED pickup from the cruise pier was the slowest of any shuttle working the pier.

Shuttle Express was the only company that didn't have their customers cleared from the pier before the next cruise began boarding. We thought that by making a reservation months in advance that we would not have to wait over an hour for our shuttle. Had we had an earlier flight home we would have missed it.

Not totally unprofessional, just really disorganized when facing 4 separate parties with reservations. If you value your time find another company.

the best town car service. I frequently travel for pleasure and pay for my own transportation, not expence account it. I've used most of the local car/driver services and was pleasently surprised that Shuttle Express was by far the best service and the most economical. The driver was right on time, the car new and spotless. Best of all the driver was very professional in appearance and didn't feel compelled to yap endlessly about nothing of concern to me. I will definately use them exclusively in the future as long as they maintain their present high standards.

Take the Town Car! Only way to travel. Town Car Service!!!! Newer Lincoln Town Cars, Leather upholstery, very comfortable, clean & no smells On time and very knowledgeable driver, who was professional in dress, grooming and in how he communicated. Best Town Car Service I have used in 10 years.

More dollars than sense. For a single, it may be more cost effective. For a couple or family, book a cab. It will be quicker and less costly.

We were fortunate to have a local in our shuttle or we might still be driving aimlessly about the near north side of downtown - the driver did not know the location of any of the hotels at which the passengers were staying!
