Lowell-Hunt's first-class cuisine has nourished politicos from both Washingtons and all the Gates. With a repertoire of Mediterranean-, Asian- and American-influenced dishes, menus are highly customized, and the chefs aren't above adapting a family recipe. Fresh herbs and flowers come from Beaver Valley Herb Garden. The Ritz Escoffier-trained pastry chef turns out all the dessert and show-stopping wedding cakes.
