I would not move here. I live in College Place. Next door to me are uncontrolled kids who give new meaning to loud, shrill, nerve shattering screaming. NOTHING gets done. The adults aren't much better. The property manager needs to get this situation under control for the sake of anyone else who wants a quiet afternoon without the screeching of kids all day.
