Beware: Gift Cards – I strongly advise you to not purchase a Pacific Place gift card. They scam you out of $2.50 a month for every month the card is not used. Cost my employer $100 in gift cards because I held on to them for a long time before trying to use them. Apparently this is their "workaround" for a state law preventing expiration dates on gift cards.
A glitzy addition to the downtown shopping scene with upper-crust tenants such as Tiffany & Co. and Cartier. – The Scene
Polar fleece-garbed Seattleites window-shop alongside millionaires who actually buy. Terra-cotta pillars, marble floors and a stunning glass ceiling dazzle shoppers, diners and moviegoers.
Flashy stores such as Club Monaco and Bally may turn heads with grandiose price tags, but Brookstone will entertain shoppers on a budget. Even grungy gawkers are treated like Visa Gold Card holders by these perfectly coiffed clerks. Too upscale for a food court, eateries ooze panache: Il Fornio, with a staircase connecting the Ristorante with the Risotteria; and popular chain Gordon Biersch. The best deal: parking. During weekdays after 5pm, rates are $2 for four or fewer hours.
