Great food, clean restaurant. I am not Indian, but I went here with my Indian friend and two other co-workers. We all found the food to be great. Great flavors, cooked just right. The mango lassi was thick and cold...very good. The lady server was very helpful and explained the spice-level scale in an accurate manner. I've been there twice and will go again when I'm back in Seattle. Oddly, the chicken naan didn't seem to have any chicken in it. Oh well.

Buffet, move out of the way!. I have been a huge fan of Indian cuisine for several years, and I have to say Pabla really takes the curry! These people know what they are doing. I have never had Indian dishes to match these. Try the ground lamb with peas, it has delicious sweeter spices. The vegetable pakoras are a delicious start. If you are unsure they have a buffet every day with many choices.
