Stay away ... don't waste your money .... Seriously ... stay away ... don't waste your money. Black mold, dirty, dingy, disgusting excuse of a hotel ... if you can call it a hotel. if I could rate this hotel as -5 star I would. Dreadful. Prior to booking I had verified via phone that our service dog would be welcome ... upon arrival we verified with the front desk while checking in and again were told it was perfectly fine. However upon returning from dinner we found ourselves locked out of our room. We were stunned by the hotel manager's obnoxious and appalling verbal rant. We were told to leave immediately and that we would be charged for the room. Don't go there ... !
internet booking fiasco.
I attempted to book a room over the interne when the screen froze up, the connection was broken and no confirmation information was sent back . the internet vendor assured me that the transaction did not occur without confirmation.
But I was later billed for the room I did not use and the the manager would not refund the money.
Terrible!. I've never had a worse experience with a hotel, than I've had with this one...and I travel a lot on business. The place is a dive--old, dirty and grungy. Not to mention, they charged for services not rendered, and refused to issue a credit, even in the case where an innocent mistake was made. Don't waste your time, even for a cheap rate--you can do better!
