Best Service Ever. The sales people in the store are very knowledgeable. Sometimes they get busy and I know that when it is my turn they will take the same time with me. I have never been disappointed. I go to 2 camera stores Glazers and this Camera's West (the store on 4th). Cameras West has always been helpful but when busy they are short of staff. I was surprised to see a couple bad reviews and felt it was important that I say something.

CAMERA WEST SEATTLE, WORSE SERVICE EVER!. I agree with other review....WORSE SERVICE EVER! Seems like they are tired and do not want to be there. Went in to ask for a lens, had to wait a few minutes for someone to talk to me. Asked for a wideangle, the guy told me they did not carry but could order and walked away to take care of another customer....came back 10 minutes later and when asked about another Canon lens he said they did not carry Canon products and again walked away leaving me with half a word out of my mouth.....I walked away. This people do not care for the customer!

camera west south center. Worst service.. bad service ever. I went there when the sign open still on. they rejected me any kind of service and tell me to come back later. I came from olympia which is 60 mile away just to see if they have any lens for me sony a200. They said they don't care, don't know, don't want to answer because they want to close the store now
