Overpriced.
Surprisingly inefficient given their reputation. R. David Adams is a design build firm. The design staff were frankly, disappointing. The designers were hard to communicate with, did not listen well, and repeatedly exceeded budget estimates.
The company will not bid 'not to exceed' and instead insists on time and materials only.
My overall impression was that they were far too expensive.
