In Short
Simple designs adorning objects made of natural materials increase the sense of calm within this small store. Many of the tea and sake sets, ceramics and glass art are created by local artists (most of them of Japanese descent). Not everything in the shop comes from Japan; there are gifts from other Asian countries. Look for giant seedpods from Africa and Indonesia.
