Service is worse every time I go to this othewise great bar!.
Every time I make the mistake of wasting time and money at this bar a similiar scene plays out. I end up standing around the bar trying to find one of the 5 or so bar tenders/waitresses. Often they are in the back doing god knows what. I have seen as many as 10 customers stand around waiting to order as every staff member hides in the back. Unreal that this place stays alive!

TERRIBLE SERVICE drives us away!!!.
Used to go every Friday after work. Still drove cross the bridge once we no longer worked in the area. We ignored the bad attitudes by a couple of the waitresses. Just went back for the first time in probably 3 yrs and was embarrassed to think we ever patronized the place. Same waitress was downright rude, ignored our table, took 1/2 hr to return with a pitcher of beer and flat out told us to come in (off of the deck) to order cause she wasn't coming back out. BTW - inside was dead! Pure laziness to walk 30 ft from the bar to their deck in very nice weather. We would have stayed for hours and left a very nice tip had we received actual service. We had to review and correct the tab that was wrong. She kept telling us that things were just written down and kept trying to make it our fault that they didn't keep track of what was ordered. She was the one that insisted we have one tab cause she couldn't keep a table of 5 straight. Of course it might be because we watched her do at least one shot with another table of 6 or 7. I was so embarrased to have asked my friends to drive out of the way to spend a Friday night there. If she hates her job so much - at least get a job at a restaurant that touts bad attitudes and service as a gimmick. Not our fault that she has a real chip on her shoulder and feels that we are putting her out by sitting down and ordering a drink. Really can't believe any management would still tolerate her. She absolutely, single-handedly drives away business! A real shame. I love the dive atmosphere, food and jukebox. Won't ever being going back though. I feel like they owe us for the gas wasted in traffic.

Great little secret.
This is a great little spot tucked away in Fremont that is probably mostly known (and frequented) by locals and those who work in the area. It's a great place to go down a few beers after work and the food is decent as well. It's a great little neighborhood bar that's a good spot to meet up with your coworkers or friends at for a few drinks after you leave the "office".

A friendly, anything-goes atmosphere, hearty menu and consistently stiff drinks have made this Fremont fixture a local favorite..
The Scene
This much-loved dive bar attracts blue-collar locals and retirees who revel in its come-as-you-are attitude. The Dock's dimly lit interior looks like a cross between a sea shanty and a rec room lounge from the '50s: An oversized pelican carving greets you at the door, vintage Vargas pinup girls adorn the back bar and classic photos of old Fremont cover the walls. Patrons catch a game on one of the bar's two big screens, plug dollars into the Internet jukebox or sharpen their pool skills in the adjoining game room.
The Draw
Unlike the bar scene in much of its Fremont neighborhood, regulars here can enjoy a beer and a slice of apple pie in the comfort of flannel shirts and old jeans. The extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is also a favorite, featuring home-style items like steak and eggs, burgers and chopped sirloin.

Good for a beer and a game..
It's fun to catch an NFL game or two at 10am with a beer in your hand. The food is OK I guess...as is the service. Coffee is not Seattle quality...10 cups and my hand barely shakes. The Bloody Mary's are terrible. It's a beer joint anyway...what are you doing ordering a Bloody Mary!?!

Why wouldn't you??!.
This friendly bar serves up stiff drinks with cheap prices and fantastic service. The food is awesome and fair prices. Why would you bother with the yuppy, overpriced bars with bad attitudes?

Most welcoming bar in Seattle.
The food is plentiful, tasty American/Greek fair, the drinks are the most generous in town and they pour the best bar scotch around, but the most alluring element is the air of friendship in this place. Gay, straight, lesbian, redneck, suits, fisherman, welders, you name it, everyone is welcome and comfortable here. Thanks, Ula. May you keep taking care of your neighborhood for many years to come!

I love it.
I've been meeting friends at the Fremont Dock for nearly 5 years now and it is simply the best spot for breakfast. I love the big breakfasts. no waiting. Great place to meet friends to watch a game. 2 big screen TV's and parking!

A nice local bar.
Good, unpretentious place to grab dinner, a drink after work, or even breakfast. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Good mellow place to watch sports on tv. Only downside, you leaving smelling like an ashtray no matter what time of day.
