Central Gun Exchange - not the only place to buy a gun in Seattle.
I called Central Gun Exchange inquiring about buying a handgun and received a rude, curt response - "What kind of handgun?" I don't know...much about guns, so... "What caliber?" I don't know....a small caliber? ".25 or .32?"
The owner, a Mr. Goldman has very little sympathy for gun owners rights and is only interested in $$$
So I would recommend going elsewhere for better service and better prices, namely stores in Bellevue and Lynnwood areas (Central Gun Exchange, etc.)

Good Riddance. This place was depressing to even drive by. Like the dinosaur it was, it is no wonder they went under. Good riddance to bad customer service and overpriced stock.

Seattle Gun Exchange is Anti Gun - Alan Goldman cares more about money than your rights..
The owner of this gun store is anti-gun. He wants to make a ton of money on his overpriced guns but he wants to be the only one selling them.
He cares more about money than the 2nd Amendment. He wants to curtail me going to the gun show and finding someone to buy my .22 rifle.

Alan Goldman, owner of Seattle's Central Gun Exchange, said he conducts background checks for each sale in his store.
"I have to. Why shouldn't they?" are they criminals, if you have nothing to hide then why worry abouy registering your guns"? he asked.
If I were a Seattle gun owner, I'd let Mr. Goldman know that I won't be
shopping at his gun store.

I love this place.. I have bought two guns from them and they have great pricing and are old school and very knowledgable guys.
