Healthiest bread in Seattle. For the health nut, this is a great place to find bread baked with organically grown flour, natural ingredients and honey as their preservative. However bread is not the only thing that can be found at this branch, sandwiches, soup and sweet baked goods are also available for those looking for a snack or a bite to eat for lunch. Espresso drinks are made with Peet's coffee and employees are trained in making the best possible drink for every customer to assure quality. A great place to study or bring some friends to hang out, everyone is alwasy welcome to this bakery, whether it be for a free slice of bread or just to catch up with a good friend.

I LOVE GHB!. Great Harvest is the best bread I have ever had. I hate being away from Seattle and having to shop at a grocery store for bread...it never compares to the quality and taste of Great Harvest. I love dropping by in the morning for a coffee and cinnamon roll or muffin (usually with mi amigos!). I also bring their granola camping. A lot of times, I will stop by for a late lunch and get a sandwich and apple. Also, the fancy breads are impressive for dinner parties! The staff is really great...the owner is absolutely wonderful! I wish she worked at MY company! I hope people read the next chapter of the low-carb fad and realize that you need whole grains too! Thank you, Great Harvest! Please keep up the good work!
