NEVER GO HERE FOR A FACIAL! – The worst facial - EVER! Wimpy, robotic - a total waste of time and money. And I had to scrape the crap out of my hair and off my face when I got home.

Overpriced for the quality of service, technicians rushed to get you in and out, company that cares more about marketing than clients – I used to work for inSpa but am now just a customer, not by choice. I love the company but it seems like they are interested more in saving their bucks and making more money off of customers for poor quality services. I actually visited one of the salons to buy product and had to show a trainee how to ring up product because no one was helping her. Their turnover rate is so high and it really makes you wonder why a company can't hold on to any of their employees. Even when I go to get my brows waxed there's new people there and old ones gone all of the time.

Once upon a time, inSpa used to be affordable but right in the middle of the US' economic downfall, what did they do? They RAISED their prices! I was absolutely dumbfounded. My Esthetician tells me I need to not wait so long to get my brows waxed and I told her, "I wouldn't wait so long if I didn't get charged $18 for 2.5 inches of hair to be removed every two weeks, that adds up!"

Save a few extra bucks for the bells and whistles at another place. InSpa still might have some of the most affordable spa pricing around, but the quality to go along with it is nowhere near. The employees don't make tips which gives them the mentality that they don't have to try. They try and get you in and out as soon as possible so they can make more than min. wage for the gap in their schedule.

The Mcdonalds of spas – Simple put this place is terrible for facials. Run by some big company you can tell its geared toward turnover and profit and a mall crowd that they dont care if they see them again. The products are their own with low quality and profit being more important than quality. I guess if you have no frame of reference and no expectations I guess its okay but if you are serious about skincare and results stay away from this place at all costs.

Wonderful place to get a massage – By the end of every quarter, I am so stressed out and sleep deprived that my back and neck are in knots and the only thing that makes it feel better is a massage from Inspa. The quiet rooms, your choice of scented oil and lotion (I LOVE the rose one) and the soft earthy music you can only faintly hear, makes the ability to completely fall asleep for an hour easy and you wake up feeling rejuvenated. It's my once-a-quarter fix, but for those who have those post-graduation jobs, this is a reasonably priced luxury that is well worth it. I also like that they have a no-tipping policy--there's no pressure--and the scent when you first walk in simply relaxes the endorphins. I love this place!

This pleasant, frill-free spa provides the basics for low prices--with a no tipping policy. – In Short
The atmosphere lacks the sometimes snobbish attitude at more sophisticated spas--which is nice. But it gains a retail feel as part of University Village. Bottles and jars of InSpa products for man, woman and child fill the shelves in the light-filled foyer. The spa offers massage, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures. If you want a pedicure, book far in advance, especially in the summer.

best bikin waxer – to get the best and fastest bikin wax see florida, she always has a smile and makes me feel at ease, the prices are good and there is no tipping (thats sad because if you get wax by her you leaving wanting to) the front desk was nice, you shouldnt expect much from them because of the fast food like running of the place. but overall the best place for bikin waxing.

Not a pampering spa experience – Don't go to InSpa if you are looking for a relaxing, traditional spa experience. Go for the convenient location, cheaper prices, and no-tipping policy. I've been going there for the past four years to get my eyebrows waxed ($16.50). This is a great deal, but I would never pay $70 or $80 for a facial there. The treatment rooms are simply white rooms with a tissue-covered bed and hooks on the wall to hang your coat. The atmosphere is pleasant (clean, ofcourse) but pretty utilitarian (it is a chain afterall). The quality of treatments varies with whoever you get, and the receptionists aren't helpful. Avoid busy weekend days so you can actually get a seat in the waiting area (there are only 4) and read a magazine.

In truth, extremely overrated – I booked manicures for a group of my friends, and we received the most terrible quality of service we have ever received at a spa. It was completely inconsistent - one manicurist didnt trim obviously haggard cuticles, another refused to clean under the nails, another filed our nails all cockeyed, and yet another refused one girl the color nail polish she wanted because she didnt think it looked good on her. When we brought these issues up to the spa manager, she stonewalled and defended the inconsistencies, even rolling her eyes at us. Her arguments made no sense. It was THE WORST, RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. You simply do not treat customers this way. I have no idea why this place is rated so highly. Consumers beware - this is not worth the money, however affordable it might seem, nor is it remotely relaxing or satisfactory.
