Ray's Boathouse

The view! Get there early to get a spot. Brave it even if it's a little chilly: they have blankets. And the salmon burger is delicious!

Ray's Boathouse

Enjoy brunch and a cocktail or two with a stunning waterfront view at this Seattle seafood institution. The twice daily happy hour (4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m and 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) is a great value as brews and full meal deal plates ring up at just $4 - $9.

It's the best spot for a meal and a view in Ballard, hands down! Expect a wait on a beautiful day, but the relaxation that ensues rewards your patience!

Gorgeous views, good food , beer and wine. RaysCafe is the place for locals & visitors! A brand new downstairs bar is sexy & serving lots of higher end cocktails with an emphasis on rum. And that view!

Everything was just right. – My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary at Ray's last night. The service, ambiance, food quality, and staff were all wonderful. We spent $100 including tax and tip. We'd already had appetizers elsewhere and we don't drink alcohol, so our bill was probably considerably less than the average for one couple.

Hubby had the rack of lamb, I had the Copper River king salmon. We took our time over dinner and ordered a slice of white chocolate cheesecake to go. Everything was delicious and the view was outstanding.

I'm a real stickler for service, especially at these prices. Our server is named Phil, and he was helpful and discreet with perfect timing. I will likely return to Ray's again, for a special occasion.
