I'm a repeat customer. Our hot water tank failed a year ago. I came across Fox Plumbing in my Google search. The company dispatched a professional, competent plumber immediately. He recommended an Instantaneous (tankless) water heater, and it was the best home appliance selection we ever made! We can take multiple showers, wash dishes, and do laundry without waiting for the hot water tank to fill up. Then, about a week ago, the cast iron pipe in our basement started leaking big time. What a nightmare it was. I went downstairs to make a temporary fix, fully knowing that Fox Plumbing left a sticker on the water heater with their emergency phone number. I called the number, and the dispatcher sent Ryan to our house within four hours of my call. Ryan was very friendly, positive, and professional. He made a permanent fix within two hours. He was fast, but his work was very neat and clean. We love Fox Plumbing. We are happy to be their repeat customer!

Overall I have had positive experiences with them. I was referred to them by Premier Water Removal which is another company I work with and I'm glad they referred me to Fox. Great people!

Fox Plumbing Treats You Like Family. I thought my side sewer line was clogged with roots and called Fox Plumbing. Wrong! I had a collapsed line! Brian, Jesse, Clinton and Jose were great. Brian and Jesse kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. They were considerate and thoughtful. They also coordinated with my neighbors and answered their questions. I would call them again for any plumbing problem. I will also recommend them to friends who need prompt, courteous and professional plumbers.

Fox Plumbing gets the job done!. No sooner did I call Fox Service for help and I got an apptmt at my convenience. I asked for Chad again, because I was very impressed with the work he did on my tub/shower last year.

This time it wa smy toilet and supply line. Chad arrived promtly, was courteous as before and got the job done in a timely manner. He explained what needed to be done and what parts were needed.

He cleaned up after himself, and I was happy that this headache was resolved.

I can whole heartedly recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone!

Fox Plumbing Always Does A Great Job. Marcus and Mike B. did a great job fixing a leak in a pipe under our kitchen sink that was creating a stinky pool of dirty water. They were friendly and efficient.

The next time you need a plumber you should call Fox!

Fox Plumbing Rocks!. If it is possible to have a good experience when you find yourself having to call a plumber, then these are the guys to call! They are fast and do really great work. John P. came out to our house and was very friendly and did a great job.

Another GREAT EXPERIENCE!. We had Fox Plumbing and Heating come in to replace another toilet in our house in another bathroom they had recently given a recommendation on.

First, they recommended a low cost and very good toilet and installed it unless than 90 minutes.

They were in and out and my wallet was still intact! You can't go wrong using Fox and the best thing about it is that they don't seem to forget their customers, especially those they have serviced before!

I recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating above all others.

Same day positive difference. Fox Plumbing actually had a warm, friendly, live lady person who answered my phone call, instead of a cold, hard, mechanical, unfeeling message machine.

The plumber came out the same day, and replaced the weakest flush in America, with a strong, manly, get er dun one, that allowed me to retire my plunger for life, without fear.

(This was because of a new toilet configuration that uses the same amount of water more effectively.)

So here's to Fox Plumbers, as Garth Brooks would say, "my friends in low places".

Excellent work on a huge project. Will and Jesse were our crew for a sewer line replacement. They were very timely and always courteous. They thoroughly explained every aspect of the project as they went. Plus they were great with our very curious boys.

This was the third time we had Fox work on our pipes. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

bathroom fixture installation. I do most things myself but plumbing isn't one of them. So when it came time to replace the tub/shower fixtures we settled on Fox Plumbing and they did not dissapoint.

We were able to get a plumber out in the time frame we needed and while they probably aren't the least expensive per hour he got the job done quickly and cleanly. We would definitely use Fox again.
