On our way to Nashville we stopped in Memphis and stayed at the Best Western. The rooms were clean and there was free internet. The staff was nice and welcoming.
Very nice hotel. room very clean, hotel well kept, very good breakfast. This hotel is a credit to Best Value.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and a great breakfast!
A Hidden Gem!
I'm from Chicago and was just driving by and after stopping I could not believe the selection this place has. I found my gown within the first 20 mins. The sales consultant that worked with me was amazing. The entire sales staff worked like a well written orchestra... I felt so great having them remember me by name everytime I called for appointments and came in for my fittings.
I picked up my gown and am so happy!!!!! Can't wait to wear my fantastic gown!
We stayed at the executive for 3 nights..on arrival we found the staff at the front desk very helpful and polite.
Budget hotel offers standard amenities and low rates to road-weary travelers. – In Short
Since 1946, this Phoenix, Ariz.-based hotel chain has provided guests with comfortable accommodations. Its BestRequests program offers 16 of the most frequently requested services and amenities, including complimentary in-room tea/coffeemakers, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, free local calls less than 30 minutes and long-distance access. Complimentary toiletries, like toothpaste, razors and sewing kits, are also available upon request. Business travelers will enjoy the computer data ports in each room and photocopying services.
Nothing Luxurious, But It Does the Job – I've been to other Best Western hotels that are MUCH nicer than this one, but it was quiet and it did provide me and my family with a nice place to sleep. Only drawback- even the non-smoking hotel rooms kind of smell like smoke and the hallways are a little sketchy.
Exactly what we were looking for! – My husband, daughter and I, just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. No, our room did not have a view, but we were there to sleep. The room was however, clean and well maintained. We were a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle, EMP, Fun Forest. Each night, my daughter and I went down to the exercise room. On our first night, I called the desk and requested 2 extra pillows, within 10 minutes, they were delivered. Very courteous staff. Coffee and cookies in the lobby each afternoon. Coffee maker w/coffee and condiments, FULL size ironing board and iron, blow dryer.
You could do better - shop around! – Not a true business class hotel. The clerk at the front desk was able to upsell me to a room with a view (hey, I was exhausted from the plane ride!) and I immediately regretted it. Definitely not worth it as the rooms are somewhat tired. I suppose it's fine for the price but I recommend looking elsewhere first. However, the maid service was friendly and terrific.
