Tips for Superbowl Noodle

Better than some, not as good as expected. I recently had dinner at this establishment and had high hopes based on the reviews. However, I was a bit disappointed. Their claim to fame apparently is their noodle soups which I didn't try, so keep that in mind. I tried their eggs rolls which tasted bland and were a little too greasy for my taste (the dipping sauce was good, though). I also tried the green curry rice dish. This was the better of the two dishes, but the portions weren't very big. In fact, whereas I am used to taking home leftovers, there weren't any to take home. So that says something as to portion size. The second dish, Pahd See Ew was really greasy and too sweet. It contained eggs which it didn't disclose on the menu (my wife is vegan), so that was annoying. So, I won't be returning based on my first impression.

The most authentic Thai noodle shop in Seattle.. I lived in Thailand for 15 years and have been looking for an authentic noodle shop since my arrival in the US. A friend of mine recommended this place in 1998. After sampling their M80 Noodles, I was hooked. Since then, I've tried all of their noodle dishes and I must admit that the taste couldn't come any closer to those noodles that one can get from various noodle shops and carts in Thailand. The price is also very reasonable so needless to say, I frequent the place quite often. The restaurant is usually packed during peak times so be prepared to wait for a table. Fortunately, their turnaround time is very quick so people get in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
