Jeff’s Auto Repair is designed with the customer in mind. They are experts in auto repair and detailing. They have a shuttle service, towing, and rental cars if you need any of these services. They let you know what cars they specialize in repairing – domestic, foreign, or European. You can even make a reservation for service online
Great place for service – Nice staff, great workmanship. Work well with the customer's schedule.
Amazing Service, Quality and Pricing – I have used Jeff's for several years now, and have referred many friends there as well. Always with fabulous results. They are overly accomodating in terms of scheduling, and are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable people.
It's pretty darn hard to find good service/quality/pricing in Seattle whether it's a restaurant, a grocery store, whatever.
As long as Jeff's continues to carry on with these qualities, they will always get my business and my referrals.
friendly people – I have been taking my cars hear for years and refer all of my family and friends. I have allways had great service and they are allways willing to go over and above to help me. They must have a great reputation beacause I live in the area and hear good things about them all of the time
As good as it gets! – These guys are just as good as it gets. I am relatively new to the area, so I had the additional anxiety of finding a repair shop that I can trust. I have two little girls and my husband is away on military duty, so it was imperative that I get my car repaired quickly.
I called the shop and they told me to bring it in. They were able to work on it right away. All of the staff was professional. I sat in the lobby while they fixed my car and observed many phone and personal transactions. I could tell that they honestly are concerned about customer satisfaction.
It's now approximately 3 weeks post-visit, and I'm still as happy as can be. No more problems. I've had the same problem with two previous cars (Saturns are great, but their starters knock-out like no other!). I think I paid approximately $400 to have this same problem fixed on my old Saturn about 4 years ago in Hawaii. This visit cost me just over $300 on a newer model Saturn.
I guess what I'm getting at is I think their prices are very honest. I was in a position ripe for being taken advantage of, but these guys treated me like their daughter. They wanted my car to be in the safest running condition, being every bit as picky as my own father. They even changed the license plate light. I had no idea it had even gone out!
I highly recommend Jeff's. It's conveniently located on the 75 Metro route just in case you need to be somewhere after dropping off your sick car. The prices are more than fair, the staff is exceptional, and the repairs were sound and accurate. Couldn't ask for more!
