This place is horrible! Sold me a car that was over $6000 and broke down within weeks of purchase. The transmission went out and after doing some research and reading other reviews sounds like they get their cars working well enough to get you off the lot and then good luck! Ron Oak was the stereotypical used car salesman, told me the vehicle went to a transmission shop that didn't exist online or in the phone book then called and gave me a number only,I spoke with a guy who's name matches one who gave them one of their few great reviews on google...coincidence?? I think not!!! Was told i would get a 3 yr 360000 mile warranty on new trannny but them glen at richs told me only one. They refused to let me speak with the owner ! And the Ron said there is no manager...sleazy used car salesman
Going to these guys was an Angel send. When I got there, I was greeted by Ron Oak. I was looking for a Honda Accord in a dark green per their website. While test driving the car a Black Honda Accord came in from another test drive. After the first test drive, I test drove that one and loved it. Ron took me through the buying process and it went smooth!! Ron Oak is what is right about the Car Professional, but with 18+ years in the game I d expect no less. Folks, go get a quality vehicle from Ron and the Rich s Car Corner family and tell them Andy sent you!!!!! Great job Ron!!!
Don't even waste your time going here. Go to someone who respects you, and your hard earned money.
I have bought 4 cars from Rich's Car Corner. These guys are legit. They know how to find good cars and sell them at an affordable rate. I will keep going back over and over. Quick story: I just recently bought a car from Rich's and unfortunately the same day I bought the car, it was stolen. Fortunately the police recovered it quickly, but in the meantime while I was in limbo, Rich's gave me a loaner car to use until my car was recovered. WOW. NO other used car dealership would do this. These guys are family and car hobbyists. They sell cars to support their love for restoring old classic cars. They are not out to get you, or sell you lemons. They want to help people get into the right car. I recommend checking Rich’s online site first before you go in to buy. The online prices are usually $500-$1,000 less than the sticker price. So shop smart. Don't waste your time. These guys reward you for knowing what you want when you get there. Call ahead and they will even get your financing pre-approved. Bad credit or no credit, they will work with you.
You have to take it to a real mechanic to have them check it out thoroughly. They will tell you oh well someone is coming tomorrow to buy the car so you know we could try to schedule it but it will probably be sold tomorrow. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL SELL YOU A POS WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACE!!
Looking – I am looking to get a used car in a few months and decided to look at what my options will be so I stopped into Rich?s Car Corner. The sales person was so nice, I told them I was just looking and they still helped me and did not pressure me into buying today! They answered all my questions and have a great selection in my price range! I will be back when I am ready. Thank you for helping me.
A real review – Ok, I live off of honest reviews from real consumers. These reviews for Richs car corner seem so fake. Just one liners. I NEED A CAR BAD. There prices seem reasonable. Can anyone give me a real honest experience you have had at rich's. Or do you know a good, honest car dealer? Longshot.
WORST CARLOT EVER!!! – On a friends sugestion I went to this carlot. BIG MISTAKE!! The first car we looked at seemed ok but after thier own mechanic looked at it and found several serious problems. So on to another. It was a 92 ford aspire and seemed good. $2400.00 out the door, and two days later the check engine light was on. Four days later the car was making a horible grinding noise and no power. My guess is that all the $3000.00 and under cars are patched up junk. And I guess I should of really took the hint when I saw the first car (a 92 sunbird) up on the high rack in the middle of the lot still for sale. If you buy here and you get burned you cant say you was'nt warned now.
