"'ve been a customer at Brotherton's service shop for the past few years,
and just wanted to let you know that one of the main reasons I continue
coming back is Theron Whitby. He always is very cordial and respectful on
the phone and greets me by name when I arrive. He is helpful when I explain
problems my truck is experiencing. Many service shops I have tried pressure
me to complete work on my vehicle that I wonder if it's truly needed, but I
never feel that pressure from Theron. He'll explain what the problem is (or
sometimes tell me they couldn't find the problem), explain what your
technicians have found, recommend if I should get it done now or later,
answer any questions I have, and leave the decision to me. I really
appreciate that he doesn't do the pressure sell. I also appreciate your
shop's flexibility, always allowing me to leave my truck off overnight, even
if it's just for an oil change, since Theron knows that is what works best
for my work schedule.
Painless. Typically I hate the whole car buying process. They made it painless.

Mr. Ryan Anderson. Mr. Ryan Anderson is truly best-of-the-best! He was extremely knowledgeable and always friendly and courteous. Even with the east coast/west coast time difference, he made sure I was kept informed and was always available if I had questions.
