worst customer service – What a waste of money for the boot camp. I could have spent $700 better in other places. Results were poor and customer service was really bad. Never go again
Best Personal Training Gym Anywhere! – I have been going to the Belltown Xgym for a year now. The experience has changed my life, inside and out.
The trainers take you well out of your comfort zone to a place where results are guaranteed. The high intensity nature of the training will leave you with an endorphin high and a boosted metabolism for hours. I would get really nervous on my way to the gym when I first joined because I wasn't used to being pushed like that, but I kept going back. I am thrilled with the results I've experienced and the knowledge I've gained. PJ is a constant source of motivation and all of the trainers are serious about getting you in the best possible shape of your life. I still get a little nervous on my way to the gym but I am excited and look forward to the time I spend there. I am so happy to have found the Xgym and can train with the best in Seattle.
An END to diets that don't work and the yo-yo effect!! – The X Gym has professional, expert trainers for high intensity training with maximum results. It's a little bit of pain for a lot of gain when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Not for everyone, but if your serious about making a major change for better health, it's the place to go. Personally, I've lost 50 lbs of FAT in 18 weeks! Never felt better and I know I'll be able to keep it off with the mental tools X Gym's taught me to use to maintain strength and overall better health. They even let you try 'em 3 times for free!

Best workout in town – It's not for everybody, but for those who don't have much time and want to get in shape fast, X Gym is the only way to go! At about half the price of traditional training, X Gym is the best deal in town too.
Highly Recommended... – I have been an XGym member for almost 5 years and have recommended it to many of my friends - all have said that it has been worth the investment!
If interested, go and try it out. They will spend one hour with you, give you a sample workout and talk to you about your goals. They want to make sure that it is a good fit for you. The staff is more committed to having you reach your goals than taking your money...

No-Injury Workouts – I've been going for over two years and have yet to be hurt in a workout! These guys REALLY know their stuff and are fantastically motivating. It's also nice to get done in under a half-hour by solely focusing on business, not worrying about how I look. There are only one or two people exercising at a time and there isn't the social/judgement component that comes from having dozens of people look at my physique, technique, clothes or hairstyle.
X Gym is Amazing – X Gym is amazing! After many years at conventional gyms...X Gym has finally allowed me to get in shape, and change my body in a very short amount of time. The gym, however, is not for the weak of heart. Only those serious about changing the way they look, and are dedicated to going through a little pain, will profit. X Gym is by far the best intensive work out in Seattle.
