Don't go here! The stylists don't listen to their customers. – This salon is peopled by hacks who do not listen to their customers. I had a terrible experience there on October 26, 2008 with a stylist named Tommy. I would discourage anyone from getting their hair cut here.

I am trying to grow my hair out after a catastrophic too-short cut. It has been growing slowly for about 3 months. I had the bangs trimmed once. I went to Regis, where I had only been once long ago, and said that I would like a very tiny trim to shorten the bangs and a little in the back.

The stylist cut the bottom layer and I could see that she was cutting it too short. I told her so. She said I should "trust her." She cut the top layer and cut about 1/4 inch off. If your hair is only 2 inches to begin with, 1/4 inch is a LOT. When she started to make the cut, I made a face. She said, "you need to trust me." And being an idiot I didn't get out of the chair at that point, I let her finish. Sure enough, she cut about 1/4 inch off the top sides. I didn't need ANYTHING cut off the top since I am trying to grow it out! I had shown her a photo of me with long hair and told her that what was what I was going for.

DON'T FREQUENT THIS SALON!

OMG..... OMG – WELL, I came into Regis to get my hair redone.. but i didnt want the same stylist messing with my hair, or whats left with it.. So they ADVISED i go to DOYLE, and i asked if he was good with color because that was the problem. lol.. anyways He sat me down and had a long talk about my hair and what i wanted to see and he even told me that my hair was 2 different color and the cut that i got wasnt an A-line, he even said it was horrible, hehe so he sudgested to make my overall base 1 shade lighter, put some partial hi-lites and re-cut it to what its supposed to be in the first place.. SO I PUT MY COMPLETE TRUST ..and he even hid me from the mirror so i can be suprised.. lol... OMG OMG... IT WAS SO GENIOUS.. his amazing, not only he fixed the color, he enhanced it to frame my face with hi-lights and the cut was amazing.. i would have lost all hope if it wasnt for him... omg i cannot express this... so if ur trying to get a new look.. do not go to anyone else but DOYLE.. u can try..someone else if u want but if u want the best DOYLE.. is ur guy.. ill be seeing him... alot.. lol

Best Stylist: JennO at Regis Salon, Valley Faire Mall – I went to Regis Salon at Valley Faire Mall for a cut and color and was given JennO as my stylist. She did a fantastic job. She suggested a cut which turned out great and the color and highlights she suggested look fabulous as well. On top of all this, she is very entertaining and fun. I have been going for 9 months now and won't go to anyone else. I highly recommend JennO at Regis Salon, Valley Faire Mall to anyone. You won't be sorry!

Cut and hair color - bad experience – I wouldn't recommend this place... Theresa did my hair and did an okay job.... but not worth the money. i think they are too expensive for what you get. I think they are hiking up their prices since the mall has had a face lift. You are better off going to a true high end salon and getting a quality job done. My hair cut was uneven and I had to point it out to her at the end. She had no explanation but only said oops. I had a chunk of hair at least an inch longer and I don't understand how she could miss that while cutting my hair. My hair color was also far off from what I asked her to do. Oh well.

over priced for what you get..... charged me almost double than before without telling me first! – I went to Regis and had my hair done by Theresa (she's the manager and supposely the most experienced there). The first time, I was happy with the results and the price. For my cut, color and highlights, I paid about $120. I also left a handsome tip of about 25% because I did have a good experience. However, my second time there was completely different. I had the same thing done as before (cut, color and highlights), my hair length was about the same, so the price should have been same as before. However, when it came time to paying, it was twice almost twice as more as the first time. When I asked why, she said it was because I had my hair color done also. I told her that I had it done the last time as well. She just shrugged her shoulders and didn't have an answer for me. So, I paid almost double then what she had charged me before and felt completely ripped off. I felt like she charged me a certain amount the first time to get me to be a repeat customer .... and then when I did come back, she deliberately charged me almost double.... and of course, she didn't tell me this until AFTER I was done. It would be one thing if she told me before, then I would at least have the option of not getting my hair done by her. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I had recommended her to a couple of people before. But, I can only tell them of my experience and they can decide for themselves if they want to go to Theresa or not.

Forgotton Strands – Not always do you get what you pay for. I paid handsomely for hair color, wash and style where I shortend my hair, the next day after showering, my hair had strands of uneven hair sticking out, some strands were so uneven that it looked like a student cut it, which that wasn't the fact at all. I went back, I felt so uncomfortalbe, I felt as if I had done something wrong.
