Great Shop Great Service, Adam was respectful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The work was done out side so I could watch everything. there were also 2 people that where there the same time getting their cars done and they were very happy repeat customers and now I know why. Thank you for spiffing up my car 93 cabriolet and getting out scratches that another shop could not.

Make a good choice, Come to Jim's. – I just have detail done to my 11 Yrs-old SUV ML-320. My wife and I really surprised the works they have done. It were excellent clean thought-out entire car, even the paint I spill on the carpet for more than 3 Yrs ago its have been completed remove, the stain on the overhead driver side (due to many years smoking) also completed gone. The exterior is almost like show room condition. Chad, the Manager and the staff at the Sea-tac shop location were very friendly and work very hard to fulfill the customers want. Overall, we are very happy to see the results. I will bring my 11 yrs old Honda Accord in this week for the same detail works. I definitely recommend JIM details shop to all my friends and colleagues.

Excellent Service- My car has never looked better! – My car is now re-named the princess car by my little girl because it is so bright and shiny. I swear, these guys are miracle workers.

The service was great and prices were reasonable. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as were the other employees I encountered.

I even met another customer while I was waiting (his car was much fancier than mine) and he told me that this was the only place he would bring his new toys for work. (I believe he was having a clear bra put on his car). It was reassuring hear from another customer that my car was in good hands.



I had a full detail and will definitely be bringing my car back for service when needed.

Damage Car with possible switching good parts to old one – BEWARE... BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO IN AND OUT OF EACH PARTS, DOORS, MATS, AND SPARE TIRES...

Brought my car for detail but I wasn't please with the out come. I have notice after I got picking up my car, the two front doors panel has scratch that it looks like someone open it that now my doors rattles and the speaker are bouncing.

Then the third day I show it to my brother who is a mechanic, that I've noticed that all doors wood panel has different color and shading that I swear they are different before i drop them off to their shop. The man I spoke to in the shop told that my car is old.

Reading other review on this business, I'm not the only one has the same problem so i know i wasn't confuse nor wrong about my car and how I feel.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE... THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND THEIR WORK IS SLOPPY AND DIRTY.

This customer came in for our basic interior service which consisted of a simple vacuuming and dusting and included cleaning inside of the windows, we also washed and waxed her exterior. It was a new car to her. As I explained to her, Jaguars of that vintage used real wood trim which does differ sometimes from panel to panel but that we did not remove/or replace any trim or door pieces in her car. We just cleaned them in place.

Damaged Car - Do not trust this business – Damaged Car - Do not take your car there!

Went in for a full detail for both of my cars ($300/car). Dropped first car off. 1st bad flag was that they wanted to charge me 20% more than was quoted on the website price list, and to what the owner quoted me when I made the appointment on the phone! Went to pick up the car and drop my other on off. Noticed that the door would now not close. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the door and the top of the car. You can look right through the crack. And there was a huge new dent inside the top of the door frame. Looks like they backed it up into one of the many poles they have around the shop while the door was opened. Probably why all the poles have so many chips and dents on them as well. When I pointed this out, the owner's (Kevin) first words were "we did not do this" "are you trying to scam me?". WOW!! Full denial and would not even meet me half way to take it to a collision shop and have it checked. Basically told me to take a hike and that I was a liar. Took the second car I was going to have detailed and left.

I'm not litigious, but will most likely take a moment to have an attorney send them a reqest to just fix what they damaged. I have photos and video.

Boycott this place. Do not take or let your friends take their cars there.

He was charged $249. This reviewer also characterizes the owner's comments out of context. The vehicle had a large dent on the drivers door. My comments were regarding his preexisting damage that he admitted WAS preexisting. The customer then pointed out a fingernail sized dent on the inside of the door frame claiming that this small dent was new. This vehicle left our facility the way it came in. We stand behind our service, without hesitation, for any rare case of property damage.

Excellent Car Detail Service – On 11/06/09, I was involved in a car spin out in my 2001 Camry Toyota. I ended up in a ditch with about 3-4 ft of water and my car had flood damage.

I called a local Car Dealer in Auburn,Wa and was referred to Jim's Detail. I was actually able to see my car during the cleaning process. I was very impressed that with the thoroughness the employee's took in cleaning my car. All my seats and carpets were removed,cleaned,shampooed and they had fans running to properly dry them.

When I went to pick up my car they had not only cleaned my car interior including the trunk they also washed my car,armor alled,sp? the car interior and tires. In addition, One of the technicians,Connor @ the Federal Way store, physically pushed out a small dent in the back rear panel of my car and it turned out great. My car looked better than when I bought it in 2005. I was very pleased and impressed with the work done on my car by all the technicians @ Jim's Detail in Federal Way and will highly recommend it to everyone.

I don't just give 5 STAR away, it move be earned!!!!! – I have been going to Jim's Details for about 5 years, I have always had great service. there was one time I didn't like the vacume job and i asked them about it and they redid it right then and I left happy.

Highly recommended by my friend and I can clearly see why! – I took my Honda Civic to the Federal Way location in March 2008 because my husband bought me a gift card there (thanks sweetie) - because of my friend's recommendation - and I was SO pleased with the work. My car is my "baby" and I am extremely picky and my car was thoroughaly cleaned in all the cracks and crevices. And it had that new car smell when I got in. Made me love my car even more! Thanks Jim's Detailing you have a few customers for life
