horrible. horrible,took both of my dogs there for grooming and they came back smelling like they had smoked a packc of cigaretts each.gross and incredably unhealthy for my dogs

pet friendly enviornment. I have taken my pets to Kathy's for all of there sevices my dogs love the employees, they know my dogs by name there likes and dislikes and they are always happy to go in and they seem to have a good time with the other dogs and are well taken care of, I would recommend Kathy's to my friends and family members.

Scary. We used to take our dogs here until we encountered one of the women who works there that is so inept it was scary. She couldn't handle the dogs-one of the dogs kept escaping and I had to stand in front of the door so it wouldn't go out. Another kept escaping as well and I had to help her with that one as well. This is all while I was trying to settle the bill for our dogs which she couldn't figure out. She then said to me '"Unfortunately ,we just can't strike the dogs." Can you believe that?

Seriously, don't risk your dogs life by taking it to that place. ( and it's not clean either )
